process and makes it simple and quick.
Because it the seamless integration of online scheduling and billing software, it is
extremely easy to generate invoices, add and register new clients and view and plan

Online Scheduler/Planner
|
The Main component of our program is a portal where users create their schedules.
The benefits of using our Planner is simplicity of use,
accessibility and availability. You can access your schedule 24x7 from the
convenience of your office, home or favourite restaurant. You don't have to
worry about maintenance, availability and operating system (Apple or PC) - your
schedule is always available online, rain or shine. Simple!
If you are using Optional Client Scheduler component, you can just click a refresh
button and a newly created web scheduling request from online user will
appear on your Weekly Planner/Calendar in real time.

Email Notification Sender
|
This Optional component allows you to send out email notifications to your clients.
Are you offering promotions or discounts? Tell your customers, clients or
colligues about it. Just enter Email Subject line, Email Text, paste a
comma-separated list of email addresses and click 'Send' button.
That simple!

Client Scheduler
|
Through this component you can add scheduling functionality to your own
website. Just paste a few lines of code on your site and you are all set!
That simple. The way it works is simple - our software finds empty time slots in
your Weekly Planner and displays them to your online customers. So, if you want to block
some time - create an event for it. Our system treats it as a busy event and
this time slot will not be accessible to your online clients. For example, if your
office is closed on Sunday, block that entire day in your Weekly Planner.
Have a status meeting on a certain day? Then block that time slot in Weekly Planner
and your online customer will not be able to register.
Please note that our system does not prohit users from registering on weekends and
hollidays because many offices do work on weekends and hollidays. If your office is closed
on a certain day, just block that time slot with an event in your Planner.
How fine do we split time for your online users? You specify this when creating new
schedule. This information is always updatable and you can modify it at any time.
Usually our clients choose a time slice of 1 hour, but again - your needs may be
different.

Reports
|
Reporting functionality, for eample, allows you to gauge how efficiently you are
using your office time (capacity report), view user registration totals over period
of time and month over month changes (delta). Also you gain access to email reports - to whom did
you send email notifications on a certain day, subject line, status and exact time.
User registration report gives you ability to see who registered on a particular
day, his/her phone and email number and reason for the appointment.
